Tomorrow night, Monday Jan 30, a
group of us are going to do the public “Long Blade Skating” at Prince of Wales
rink. It’s located right by the Lake at
1 Third
St M8V 2X5, so we’ll enjoy the great view of the
downtown skyline while we skate. Speed skaters can use the ice from 8:30 to
10:00 pm.
Tuesday we skate at our usual time
and place – 7:30 to 8:30 pm at Martingrove rink.
There will NO SKATING Thursday
evening, Feb 2. Our permit for this Thursday Feb 2 was given to a large school
group without anyone checking with me beforehand. I was assured that this will
not happen again.
We will resume our usual Tuesday and
Thursday at Martingrove rink in the week of Feb 6.
